Terms of Use
Last updated April 2026
Beta Software
GigSheet is early-access software provided for testing and feedback. It is incomplete, actively changing, and offered as-is with no warranties of any kind — no guarantee of uptime, data preservation, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use it at your own risk.
Your Data
All songs, setlists, and files you import are stored locally on your device using your browser's built-in storage (IndexedDB and the Origin Private File System). GigSheet does not upload, transmit, or have access to any of your content. You are responsible for backing up your own data.
No Account Required
GigSheet currently requires no account or registration. Future versions may introduce optional cloud sync behind a paid tier — this will be opt-in and clearly communicated before it happens.
Intellectual Property
GigSheet does not claim ownership of any charts, lyrics, or music you import. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you load into the app.
Changes
These terms may change as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
